Important: Fluence automates actions on Instagram. Instagram's Terms of Service prohibit the use of automated tools. By using Fluence, you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your account, including restrictions or suspension. Use at your own risk.

1. No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

Fluence is an independent software product developed by Eduardo Olíhez. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

The Instagram name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Instagram Terms of Service

Instagram's Terms of Service explicitly prohibit the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior express written permission from Meta.

By using Fluence, you acknowledge that:

You are using the Software in potential violation of Instagram's Terms of Service.
Your Instagram account may be temporarily or permanently restricted, suspended or banned as a result.
We cannot prevent, predict or be held responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.
You use Fluence entirely at your own risk and discretion.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We make no representations or warranties regarding the results you may achieve using Fluence. Follower growth, engagement improvements and other outcomes vary significantly depending on:

Your niche, content quality and posting frequency.
The target accounts you select.
Instagram's algorithm changes and platform policies.
The configuration settings you choose.
Changes to Instagram's technical systems that may affect the Software's operation.

Past results experienced by other users do not guarantee similar results for you.

4. Software Availability

Fluence relies on the technical structure of Instagram's platform. Instagram may change their systems at any time, which could cause the Software to stop working partially or entirely. We will endeavour to release updates to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee continuous operation.

We release regular updates to keep Fluence working with Instagram's latest systems. Your lifetime license includes all updates at no extra cost.

5. Account Safety Recommendations

To minimise the risk of account restrictions, we strongly recommend:

Running Fluence on the same Wi-Fi network you normally use Instagram on.
Never using a VPN while Fluence is running.
Starting with conservative limits (50% of your plan maximum) for the first 2 weeks.
Not running Fluence simultaneously with other automation tools.
Completing any Instagram verification requests promptly when they appear.
Pausing Fluence if you receive "Action Blocked" warnings and waiting 24–48 hours before resuming.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eduardo Olíhez and Fluence shall not be liable for:

Any loss of followers, reach, engagement or revenue resulting from use of the Software.
Any Instagram account suspension, restriction or permanent ban.
Any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
Any interruption in Software functionality caused by changes to Instagram's platform.

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

By purchasing and using Fluence, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Disclaimer, and that you are using the Software entirely at your own risk and with full awareness of the potential consequences.
